Diezani Alison-Madueke Makes History As She Becomes OPEC’s First Ever Female President

Nigeria’s Petroleum Resources Minister Diezani Alison-Madueke has just been elected the first female president of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
Mrs. Madueke was elected today November 27th 2014 at the ongoing 166th General Meeting of the OPEC which is taking place in the Austrian capital, Vienna.
