Why I’m Yet To Wear My Wedding Ring - OC Ukeje

 

Nollywood actor, OC Ukeje, attended the Shuga fourth edition at the Villa Medici Restaurant, Victoria Island, Lagos, without wearing his wedding ring and that sent tongues wagging. In no time, it became an issue on social media.

Many wondered why the actor who has been married for a few weeks would step out without the common symbol of his undying love for his wife.
Cynics were even quick to conclude that he has started having marital squabbles. Before it escalates beyond necessary, the actor has explained that he hasn’t been wearing the wedding band because it is not with him.
“My ring will be back next month, I had issues with it… I am working on having it resized, once I get it back, you’ll start seeing it on my finger,” he revealed. OC Ukeji got married to Canada-based, Ibukun Togonu, on November 8, at the Hoares Memorial Methodist Cathedral in Yaba, Lagos.
